There are a lot of benefits of getting home improvements done before selling your house this can range from painting to getting new windows. We understand this is not possible for everyone but your house can still be sold without doing any of this

Once the offers start coming in it is important to note that the best offer is not necessarily the one with the highest price. We understand that everyone has different goals and that's why it's important to choose an offer carefully that aligns with your goals.

Inspections and Appraisals 

It is important to note that once an offer has been selected the next step is the buyer will have an inspector come out the property. After that an appraiser from the mortgage company will come out to the property to verify the sales price is appropriate

The buyer does a final walkthrough of the property usually the day before or on the closing. It is recommended you cancel utilities and services after the closing, accommodations can also be made if the seller is unable to make it to the closing.
